After Weeks of Pro-Abortion Violence, Radical Abortion Activists Start “Summer of Rage” Campaign

The pro-abortion Women’s March is threatening a “Summer of Rage” across America if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade and allows states to protect unborn babies from abortion again.

On Sunday, the group warned that the pro-abortion protests held across the U.S. over the weekend are just the beginning and used words that hint at possible insurrection and violence, according to Townhall.

“Our Summer of Rage is officially beginning,” the Women’s March wrote Sunday on Twitter. “We’re prepared to rage for Roe all summer … We won’t rest until abortion rights are protected.”

Rachel O’Leary Carmona, executive director of Women’s March, demanded that the government “codify” abortion on demand into federal law, saying abortion activists will be “ungovernable” until it does.

“For the women of this country, this will be a summer of rage. Until our government starts working for us and codifies our right to an abortion, we will be UNGOVERNABLE,” Carmona wrote on Twitter. “This is a fight for [abortion] rights. And it’s a fight we’ll win.”

A bill in Congress described as the mere “codification” of Roe actually would go much farther than the 1973 ruling. Pro-life leaders say the legislation would legalize the killing of unborn babies for any reason up to birth nation-wide and force taxpayers to pay for them. The House passed the bill last year, but the Senate rejected it twice.

On Saturday, the Women’s March and other pro-abortion groups demanded that lawmakers legalize abortion without limits during protests across the U.S.

Many believe the Supreme Court will allow states to protect unborn babies again after a leaked draft ruling shows the majority of justices agreeing to overturn Roe. If that happens, the Guttmacher Institute predicts 26 states will ban abortions.

Since the leak, pro-life advocates have been targets of pro-abortion activists’ “rage.” Pro-life organizations and churches have reported numerous acts of arson, vandalism, assaults and threats this month, and more violent protests are expected when the high court publishes its final ruling, likely in June.
